In this brand-new, cross-continental collaboration, acclaimed Swiss drummer Florian Arbenz joins the sensational Dutch Hammond organ wizard Arno Krijger and US sax legend Greg Osby to launch the 9th album in the 'Conversation' series entitled "Targeted". Florian first collaborated with Osby back in 1998 and, whilst the professional relationship has now lasted over 25 years, this is their first project together featuring a Hammond organ. Raised in St. Louis, Greg grew up with the Hammond sound but never really used it in his own music. So, this group is deeply rooted in tradition but also dares to look out for new musical paths. Arno is one of the few Hammond specialists who can play the bass with his feet perfectly! This gives him more freedom with his hands to shape the Hammond sound using the built-in effects, making his playing sound more like an orchestra than a single musician. In addition to the listening pleasure, it is a real feast for the eyes to watch Arno Krijger master his Hammond. The jazz conversation continues!
