Electric Madness
Electric Madness was founded in 2018 when guitarist and composer Jiří Šimek released his self-titled debut album on Amplion records. The band consists of top musicians from two leading groups on the Czech music scene: Muff and Vertigo. Two great drummers, Daniel Šoltis and Roman Vícha, who will take turns on drums and percussions, unusually perform on the percussion instruments. You will also hear bassist Rasťo Uhrik and keyboardist Martin Brunner. Electric Madness is characterized by an energetic performance that wakes every single listener up. In addition to original compositions by Jiří Šimek and Martin Brunner, which stylistically fluctuate between jazz, funk and rock, the band will also play some original covers of well-known bands of various styles.
