Filip Zangi & Purpur

Make the Czech Republic dance—that’s the goal of Czech drummer and music producer Filip Zangi and his band Purpur. How does he want to achieve this? With Czech texts and rhythms that won’t let anybody stand still. Filip Zangi & Purpur is a combination of dance Fusion and R’n’B, inspired by Nile Rodgers, Prince, Michael Jackson, and Bruno Mars—to name a few. As proof of the infectious dance aspect of their music, it is inspired by melodic, catchy beats, funny texts and a lively show.
