Groove Dock - Jazz To Dance!
Their first performance during our dance-jazz night got the audience out of their seats. Now the unique DJ duo Kohl & Ben returns to the scene! Their sets are an endless musical puzzle of rhythms and genres from jazz to psychedelic soul and rare genres across eras and continents. Together with them, the Groove Dock resident Mr. Ultrafino cannot be missing.
Djs Kohl & Ben – music enthusiats, record collectors, keen hunters for vintage sounds at flea markets and masterminds behind Prague alternative culture spot Studio Paměť and Memory Records label. Spinning records from jazz to psychedelic soul and obscure genres that are as rare as they are groovy.
Mr. Ultrafino – Groove Dock resident, co-creator of Prague jazz/funk DJ scene, strictly vinyl player with more than two decades of musical experiences. His sets are built mainly on 60's and 70's funk, soul and jazz but they might be just as well spiced up with disco, hiphop, latin, reggae and rare obscurities from pretty much any musical genre.
Admission for sitting 400 CZK, for standing 250 CZK. It is no longer necessary to reserve a seat when purchasing a seated ticket. To reserve a specific seat, please write your request in the note when purchasing the ticket. Fulfillment of the request cannot be guaranteed.
