Marco Vezzoso Live Project (IT)

Saturday 28/04/2018 od 19:00

The Italian Institute of Culture in Prague is pleased to announce the jazz concert by trumpetist Marco Vezzoso and pianist Alessandro Collina. This duo is a musical project focused on an original repertoire entirely composed by Marco Vezzoso. The 2014 recording project contains ten original pieces, approaching most jazz styles (be-bop, smooth, Latin, funky) with modern sounds and lounge, offering intense music, rich in poetry. Marco Vezzoso is a freelance jazz trumpet player, composer, trumpet professor at the National Conservatory of Nice in France and director of the brass ensemble of the Nice Opera. Alessandro Collina obtained his diploma in classical piano at the conservatory of La Spezia and later he obtained a piano jazz diploma in Nice in France. Since then he has played in different groups. He has collaborated, among other artists, also with trumpeter Fabrizio Bosso.
