JAZZ ON THE ROOF

We’re bringing you a special series of open air summer concerts on the roof of the Jazz Dock! Every Saturday at 4 p.m.

Marta Kloučková is a Prague-based, multi-genre singer and songwriter, finalist of the international competition for jazz singers Voicingers 2017 and semifinalist of Riga Jazz Stage 2018. She is leader of the Marta Kloučková Quartet, where she cooperates with top musicians of the Czech jazz scene (Vít Křišťan – p; Jan Fečo – b; Marek Urbánek – dr), and is also a member of the vocal sextet Skety. Marta also cooperates with other well-known bands and musicians of the Czech music scene (Concept Art Orchestra, Barbora Poláková, Clarinet Factory) and performs on the Czech club scene, as well as at international festivals. Her album Loving Season contains 12 songs, mostly Marta`s compositions, some of which were inspired by the work of American poet Sara Teasdale, and others with Czech lyrics written by Marta, as well as compositions by Vít Křišťan and David Dorůžka.

Admission: CZK150, children under 15 years free, seniors over 65 years 20% discount. It is not possible to book specific seats for this concert.

The concert will take place inside the club in case of bad weather.
