Pavel Zlamal’s Heterofón – release of a new CD

Saturday 04/05/2019 from 19:00

Another original project of improviser Pavel Zlámal (leader, clarinets, saxophones) which goes beyond genre definition. The twelve-piece and slightly bizarre line-up from Brno, balances on the border between composition and improvisation, works with the genre context, combines and connects jazz spirits with the aesthetics of free improvisation and the sound of contemporary artificial music. The compositions and arrangements allow different levels of freedom in interpretation and improvisation.
