Richard Mašata is a Czech composer, pianist, and singer. In the first part of the evening, you will be the very first audience to hear his debut EP titled Some Letters from Richard, featuring four tracks that blend the playfulness, lightness, and layered nature of jazz with the accessibility and clarity of pop—enhanced by diverse and technically refined arrangements. Richard Mašata will perform his compositions alongside both emerging and renowned musicians and guests, such as pianist Petr Malásek. In the second part of the evening, they will play several pieces by artists who have inspired him throughout his life, reinterpreted in original arrangements, culminating in a final jam session.
