The Streetbandits
Streetbandits is a six-piece brass powerhouse from Basel, Switzerland that has been shaking up the scene since 2021. The young and energetic musicians combine their inspirations from the traditional New Orleans brass band sound with influences from pop and a driving techno component. Thanks to a focus on lush interplay and dynamics, infectious party jams and unique interpretations of chart hits, the band pushes the boundaries of brass band music beyond its traditional genre. With their mash-up of pop, funk, soul and techno, the Streetbandits bring the house down, as the thrilling brass sound really gets everything shaking and rumbling.
