Yvonne Sanchez Christmas Quartet
Polish-Cuban vocalist Yvonne Sanchez, renowned for her warm and velvety voice, returns to Jazz Dock on Christmas Eve with a special intimate performance – accompanied only by piano, guitar, and double bass. The evening will highlight the beauty of jazz standards, Brazilian rhythms, and soulful original songs from her Warner Music release My Garden. Yvonne Sanchez has built an impressive international career, while also becoming a beloved figure on the Czech jazz scene, where she has been active since the mid-1990s. She was named Vocalist of the Year by the Czech Jazz Society in 1998, and her debut album Invitation (2001) earned her a nomination for the Anděl Award in the Jazz & Blues category.
